Kasumi Tendo     Who would have thought that the sweet Kasumi had decided to become a doctor? And who would have thought that she would accept a job in an emergency room? Kasumi, moreover, has always loved the challenges... but especially she loves to help those in need.           Kasumi, the eldest of the three Tendo sisters, has always taken care of the house and has always tried not to make Nabiki and Akane weigh the lack of their mother. It was she who cooked, who did the shopping, that made the beds, and she always the one who put the house back when the suitors (or opponents) of Ranma reduced it as if it had passed inside a tornado. She is a very unselfish girl, and always thinks of others first before herself. Like Nabiki, she had to make many sacrifices, and as Nabiki decided to become a doctor, but with one difference: Nabiki treated the fears and obsessions of the people, the wounds that each of us secretly carries with him. Kasumi instead took care of the wounds that could be seen, which were just as painful as those taken care of by her younger sister. Kasumi had immediately proved to be a good doctor, whose best gift was to be able to reassure their patients. Work in the emergency department of one of Tokyo's largest hospitals was hard, but she was very resistant, both to fatigue and tension, and was also happy to be able to help. Kasumi has never made any distinction between her two younger sisters, although between Nabiki and Akane she feels more connected to the first ... after all she helped Sanae to grow up, in the first difficult years when Nabiki was studying, she worked and took care of her daughter. She is also well aware that she is a beautiful girl, and that's why she often enters into competition with Nabiki herself (and Ukyo).           Like Nabiki she loves high-heeled shoes and dark stockings. However, she's much less exhibitionist and doesn't have the bad habit of sleeping wearing only underwear (which Nabiki does also in Winter and that causes her continuous colds).           Kasumi is very tall and shapely, and also very sweet and nice, even if sometimes she becomes shy and awkward... despite having all these good characteristics she's still single...           Go back to the top of the page
